      What if I get a blank white screen when I log in?

      Actions to take if you see a blank white screen upon logging in.

      1. Refresh the web browser.
      2. If this problem persists, hit Ctrl + F5 keys simultaneously to hard reset the webpage.  This will not break your platform or browser.
      3. If it is still not working, contact Data Gumbo Support.
